NyxVox is a locally-run application. It does not connect to the internet for any purpose beyond explicit user-initiated actions (web search, Telegram integration, optional model updates). It does not collect personal data and does not transmit any information to third parties.
NyxVox does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information. All processing occurs entirely on your local machine. Your conversations, documents, and data never leave your device.
NyxVox contains no telemetry, analytics, crash reporting, or usage tracking systems of any kind. No usage data is transmitted from your device under any circumstances.
All local data — including your chat history, credentials, and profile — is stored in an AES-256 encrypted database on your machine. Only you have access to it.
Network access is used only when you explicitly trigger it: web search queries you initiate, Telegram shell integration if configured, location lookups on request, and optional model updates you approve. No background connections are made.
NyxVox is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Any updates to this policy will be posted on this page. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
